We really enjoyed the presentation and had a good discussion afterwards about meditation and diet. I personally practice meditation and agree with a lot of his points about happiness, fulfilment and awareness of the body and mind. The conversation my coworkers and I had after the presentation really brought us closer because of the vulnerability the participants engaged in.
